Primal Pilates provides structured, supportive Pilates classes in Eccleston and Croston, along with a live Zoom class each week, designed to help you build core strength, improve flexibility, enhance balance, and support better posture.

 

Sessions run in blocks to encourage consistency and steady progress, creating a positive environment for both beginners and those with previous experience. With clear pricing and options for in person, online, home visit, and workplace sessions, Primal Pilates makes it simple to choose a class that suits your lifestyle.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose Your Class
Select the location and time that suits you, whether that is Eccleston, Croston, or the live online Zoom class. Classes run weekly in blocks to help you stay consistent and build strength progressively.

 

2. Complete Your Registration
Before attending your first class, complete the online registration form. If you are new, contact Jen directly to receive payment details and confirm your place.

 

3. Secure Your Place
Payment is made in advance of your block, with bank transfer preferred. For in person sessions, cash can be accepted at your first class if needed. Online sessions require advance payment by bank transfer.

 

4. Attend And Progress
Turn up, follow the structured session, and move at your own pace within a supportive environment. Each block is designed to help improve core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall movement confidence.
